Therapy for Teens
I provide therapy for teens to girls who want to feel confident and learn how to cope with their mental health. I understand, and I’m here to guide you through this process.
You may:
have trouble expressing yourself
think negatively about yourself
feel like you don’t fit in
struggle within friendships or family relationships
feel confused about new mental health concerns
wonder if something is wrong with you
I can help you identify and understand what mental health concerns you’re noticing, learn how to cope (and become more confident doing it), build on other skills such as communication, and give you space to express yourself openly.
Teens I work with may not have a mental health diagnosis prior to seeing me. I can provide educational information, and additional resources when needed. Teens who have been diagnosed typically receive a diagnosis related to anxiety and depressive disorders.
If you’re ready to feel confident in yourself and your ability to cope with your mental health, schedule a complimentary consultation with me today.
Therapy for Teens with me
Being a teenager can feel overwhelming—you're discovering who you are while balancing responsibilities and limited independence. It’s also a time when mental health challenges may begin to surface, often bringing confusion, exhaustion, or isolation. In therapy, I provide a safe, judgment-free space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain tools to manage difficult feelings, and strengthen your self-image. Together, we’ll build understanding, confidence, and a sense of empowerment that supports you through this important stage of life.
