A place for women to feel welcome
Candidly Speaking was created as a space where women can feel truly seen, heard, and supported. This practice is grounded in the values of authenticity, inclusivity, transparency, and genuine connection.
I believe every woman deserves a space where she can show up as her full self—without judgment and without having to hold back. Whether you're navigating low self-esteem, adjusting to an ADHD diagnosis, or working through the impact of past trauma, you're welcome here. I also work with teenage girls as they explore their mental health and build confidence during this meaningful stage of life.
My goal is to support you in discovering who you are, embracing self-acceptance, and moving forward with intention and purpose.
If you're curious about the specific modalities I use or the therapy options available—including virtual sessions—I invite you to explore more in the About Me section of my website.
Embrace your journey to mental well-being among a supportive community.

Healing is possible, and with time, growth, and support, real change can happen.
The constant stream of negative self-talk doesn’t have to define you—you can learn to speak to yourself with kindness, even in the face of challenges. Your relationships begin to feel more fulfilling, grounded in mutual care and clear communication. Expressing your needs no longer feels overwhelming or unsafe. You find yourself following through on the self-care that once felt out of reach—whether it’s moving your body, resting without guilt, caring for your skin, or reaching out for support when you need it. Even on hard days, you carry the quiet confidence of knowing that you are enough.
Getting to this place takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you build the skills and self-trust needed for lasting personal growth.
